برای هر فرد و هر سازمانی بعضی از امور نسبت به سایر امور از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. اما یک مسئله معلوم و حتمی است و آن اینکه ما در دنیای تغییر و تحول زندگی می کنیم. پیش بینی آینده و کسب آمادگی برای رو به رو شدن با آن یک نیاز حیاتی است و این آینده نگری است.
